SafeRide RV membership

I saw the flyer in the Dynamax USB listing, but no obvious way to access the service other than calling in.

Anyone done this and what did you think of their service/benefits vs the the usual of AAA and/or Good Sam?

When my original Dynamax Roadside Assistance period expired (Coach-Net), I went with Good Sam. About six or so months in, I got an email solicitation from Saferide when Dynamax switched to them. I contacted them and got a quote which was less than my Good Sam policy with slightly better coverage. So, I switched and have been very pleased.

ID:	253812and required a big rig tow during rush hour on a Friday. I was extremely pleased with the customer service from Saferide. They were super responsive and followed up several times while I was waiting for the tow truck to be sure I was ok and to be sure I got to a safe location. It was an expensive tow and all handled very professionally.

I highly recommend them.

How does one join this? We have 2916 DX3 and have Coach-Net. It has worked well for us. I looked on Safride Motor Club website, but found nowhere to join or the cost.

Thanks.

So I called and got voicemail but emailed as well. They responded quickly. Apparently they only admit new members when they get the paperwork from Dynamax and that typically happens "months" after delivery. They told me not to hold my breath so to speak despite a February 4 delivery. The free membership starts when the coach leaves Dynamax! So really its about 8 months but is only available when the docs are completed.

You will be able to renew when the Dynamax coverage runs out. They will send you an email at that point. If not, call them then and you can renew.

I bought a new Dynamax in March 2020, never needed the roadside in the first year and never heard a peep from Saferide. I signed up with CoachNet on the 1 yr anniversary and haven’t looked back. I had CoachNet with my first Dynamax back in 2017. I have never needed any help in 4 years, but I am confident CoachNet will be fine when I do need help.

Coach-Net treated me right for 2 years on my Airstream and on the first year of the Dynamax ownership. No complaints. When it was time to renew, Good Sam was a little less money than Coach-Net so I went with that plan. As I mentioned SafeRide contacted me when Dynamax switched and I saved a little bit with them over Good Sam, so I switched again. After my tow experience I don’t think I will travel without some brand of Roadside Assistance. I just kind of liked that SafeRide was now hooked up with Dynamax. Not sure that provides any leverage, but it adds a little layer of comfort.
