I have wall mounted awnings. I've checked and doubled checked and repaired a gap in the rear cap.. I posted pics of where wrong screws were used, that was corrected. I'm on that roof often, so it wasn't that way very long before I discovered it.

Installed a new skylight came out nice. Even framed it so it wont crack..
