Saniflo Sanimarin in 32kd running constantly

So I was getting the MH ready for some summer trips this weekend and added water to the fresh tank. In winterizing last November, I pushed the "empty" button on the toilet and added antifreeze to the trap. This weekend I flushed the toilet and it wouldn't stop providing water to the bowl.

It looks like the water control is some type of solenoid. I'm guessing it is failing or maybe got cracked during the winter. Anyone with this toilet experience this also? In looking online, I can't even see where it's located.

We purchased last August and drove it home from Dallas. The wife says she feels like it tried to do the same thing on the way home but settled itself out.

I took it in for a few warranty things, including the toilet, to the dealer last Friday. If I'm in a pinch, is there a shut off valve for the toilet, and where would it be?

I don't have the exact same setup, but on my toilet there's a shutoff valve behind it where the fresh water goes into it.

An update for everyone, I dropped by Lazydayz, the only authorized Dynamax dealer in my area, and they said the whole toilet needs to be replaced. The service guy I was dealing with was off that day, so I didn't ask a lot of questions regarding what they meant by the whole toilet. I have to say I'm not impressed in the least with the Sanimarin, and reading other complaints online about it hasn't helped. I'm already thinking of ripping it out for a Thetford Aria.

We have them in stock if they do not.

The only other option is a Tecma toilet. Because the toilet is not over the tanks, it has to be a macerating toilet.

Thanks for the reply Brian. I had to drop the coach off to have the air line run for my TOAD mid week last week but I got it back yesterday. I am going to unscrew the toilet from the base to get behind it today and see if it is the solenoid, and if I can locate one that can be shipped next week to me to replace it.

So moving the toilet was a one banana job, but as I was out at the coach I noticed no water pressure from the fresh water pump, looks like I will have to replace it. Would no water pressure effect the solenoid closing properly?

Have you checked the pre-filter screen at the water pump? that is the most common cause for not pressure on the pump. I rarely see the pumps fail. It is almost always the small metal screen at the pump, or the main filter clogging up.

The pre-filter had very little debris in it, just a few plastic shavings from the fresh tank. I tested the current to the solenoid and it showed 12v when I flushed it and the current shut off after the cycle, so I know that's working properly. I pulled the solenoid and will try to locate one. The pump was still pretty wimpy, and I have a new one ready to go, but I want to get the new solenoid to see if the pressure improves with the toilet working properly.

I think I found a Thetford solenoid locally, but I am striking out with Sanimarin. Will this one work to replace mine?

Without seeing how they go in, not sure. They do not look compatible. One is a 90 degree fitting and one is an in-line fitting.

So, just an update, I purchased the Thetford one from a local RV supply warehouse yesterday and popped it in today. Toilet cycled as it should and the water stopped flowing. Super disappointed in the local RV dealer that is the only authorized Dynamax dealer in my area. They couldn't take 5 minutes to look at it, just decided to replace the whole toilet, because well warranty and Dynamax will pay for it.
