seat heaters

We bought a set of seat heaters from Geno's garage thinking DH could install as he is super handy. But taking the covers off the seats in the cab is a bit more of an undertaking than we thought. Any suggestions as to who might be able to help with this without paying an arm and a leg? We asked the guys who custom built our board rack and they said sure, for $800!! Granted that included the heating elements, but the ones we bought are $130 for the pair. I was thinking maybe an upholstery place could put them in and then DH could do the wiring? Any other thoughts on who to go to?
Thanks!
Linda

It's not bad. Need hog ring pliers.
Remove the seats, and take them to an upholstery shop?
