Service Locations Print (For Review)
Obviously trying to make a manual for every single model that comes out, with specifics, is tough to do as things change over time. It is preferred to have an "automatic update" process. Since we already have that for prints...I had them create a print that would call out serviceable locations. (low point drain, etc). Then as changes are made, the prints automatically get updated.
First batch for review....these would be made available in the online owners manual sections.

An excellent idea, Brian. Thanks.

I actually have them all, but was waiting to make any revisions before posting them. In fairness, I had originally selected the 24FW and 30FW as examples then got sidetracked, so I will post that example as well.

x3 Would love to have the 2021 XL TS pdf's as it should be arriving soon.
I was hoping to remember to ask the tech where all these locations are. The one I'm not quite sure about is the fresh water tank drain. I believe I read here on the forum it was in the AquaHot compartment.
I'm reading the manuals daily and have downloaded five Bluetooth apps so far. Looks like might need another 5 Bluetooth apps for various on the road stuff...
And I've discovered that my big screen "smart TV" in my house is stupid compared to the Samsung Smart "smart TV's"!

As a side note...we have made a running change to Insignia TV's with Amazon Fire built in. Still smart, but added voice control capabilities and integration with Amazon Alexa.
We'll be doing a video here soon on that as it has a lot of capabilities...but "lists" are one of my favorite. And the one that got my wife hooked (who is not a tech person...hates new things)

We have a 2018 XL TS. The main water tank drain is in the Utility Bay on the left wall. That may have changed since the water tank was relocated to under the bed in 2019 or 2020. Our tank is behind the wall under the drawers and closets. The Low Point Drains for hot and cold are on the right side of the same bay. There is also a drain for the hot water tank in the AquaHot Bay.

Just when I thought I had found all of the service points through trial and error.
Thank you Brian, you make me glad I went with my Dynamax RV.

Different results PC vs iPad
Good Morning Brian,
The graphic looks good on my PC running Adobe Acrobat DC (latest version) but when looking at it on my iPad the viewer includes box frames around the arrow and text objects, this clutters up the image and makes it difficult to read.
I am now trying to see what Apple uses to view the pdf.
Cheers,
Ian
Edit: My iPad is using Google Chrome and is showing the pdf under a tab in Chrome, my PC defaults directly to Adobe DC.

Yes...for some reason, the CAD to PDF translation will show boxes/frames on some programs. My Mac was that way and many "browsers" do the same thing. Adobe, not a problem. Seems to be some translation issues.

Found an easy solution for the iPad (assume it would work for other Apple devices) - download the Adobe Acrobat app (free) and once setup just save the pdf from Chrome to Acrobat and it views correctly.

OK, I had the TV booster added since that seems to be elusive.
These will end up being placed in the "Interactive Owners Manual" in the component manuals section, but since I had them I figured I would go ahead and post them all.

Brian,
I just made a deal (haven't taken ownership yet) on a 2017 Isata 5 35DB. I notice the manuals seem to be missing for that on the website. Will this be updated, also will there be one of these worksheets for that unit as well?
BTW the great support you and Dynamax provide here is what sold us on the Isata 5.

Brian, Forest River needs to give you a raise and have you train the GM's of other divisions to your standards.

1. They aren't missing (for the most part), it was just structured differently back then. In the old version you have to drill down into each section before you see the manuals for that item out on the right and it will contain them for all Class C's. We "may" have been doing the flash drives back then too, if the original owner still had it.
2. As for service locations, it is not currently in the cards to go backwards to catch those up. That becomes a question of "how far do you go?"

Both of those make good sense to me.
If similar looking drawings exist for the 35db I'd gladly nose around underneath it and mark some up for the group as an "unofficial" document. Figure it's the least I could do given the help and information you have provided me on multiple occasions as well as the great info from other owners on here.
