Any dealer suggestions would be great especially if it is in reasonable distance to me.

Also new to this forum and still trying to learn this system.

Thanks,

Your next nearest would be Moix just this side of Little Rock. I bought my Isata 5 from MHS and said never again. Bought the DX3 from Moix and we live in Oklahoma City. It's an inconvenience for sure when I've taken it back for service, initial post delivery items. I don't plan on making it a habit of returning to them for service. As far a factory work, let's just say I was less than impressed with their performance when my rig was shipped back for a new floor and roof. I'll leave it at that. We did love the Isata 5, it just wasn't large enough for what we wanted.

That is mostly true. I seem to recall a franchise law in Texas for autos that got applied to RV's. You can only get warranty service reimbursed by the manufacturer if you get it service by a location that carries the brand.

Now, whether that is brand specific, or OEM specific, I am not totally sure. I know that Lazydays built a "service only" facility in Texas and they could only do service work, no warranty work as they do not have any retail stores in texas.

Some say "any" can do the work, you would just have to pay and then submit to the factory for reimbursement. Some dealers may do it anyway...I think you only get in trouble if someone turns you in. Some dealers may not be willing to take the risk, or they interpret "Forest River" as the OEM.
