Shower seat adjustment or removal

Wanted to either tighten up or just remove the shower bench. Anyone know how they come apart?

Radius shower in our 3400kd xl. Folding wood seat attached to wall.

Nevermind, I found the little holes in the bottom of it and figured out it was an allen set screw. I was concentrating on the plastic plug in each side and couldn’t for the life of me figure out what size socket would turn what was inside that. It’s not a bolt in there, it’s a pin type thing. Unsure why there’s a cap at all.

Either way, if anyone cares, it’s started by the set screws from below. The seat is on an aluminum cleat that has 5 decent sized screws into the wall.

I’m going to make some ~1x1 square dowels that stick in under the seat bars to hold the thing up against the wall and see how that works out.
