My controller for the cameras is in this area below the AV compartment in the over the cab bunk. The only thing going to the dash stereo headunit from the controller is an RCA video cable (black with yellow connectors).

Is your camera controller the large box on the outside of the cabinet or the small one that is just inside?

Side Cameras - I dont want them

It would be the smaller box down inside. It’s smaller than the HDMI splitter which is in there too.
The video cable has one yellow end connected to the controller and the second/other yellow end is connected to the headunit.
I used a tester and activated each turnsignal to determine which wires were the turnsignal wires.

Thanks, I hadn’t thought of that. Will try today.

What Shultz said. My box has 4 wires coming to it for signal and then 4 RCA connectors (3 in, 1 out). The pins were labeled on my box so it sounds like there may be some variation. I’ll try and grab a pic sometime but I probably won’t get to the unit for a few weeks

Your two sounds the same on different models and years. Apparently mine is different or I’m fooling with the wrong wires.

Awesome, nice work.

I am still wrestling with the idea of the separate monitor for the cameras, haven't talked myself into it yet. Maybe because I have a list of 100 others things I want to do to the new coach after delivery.

I intend to do that as well but this is a step. I want to use a mirror mount monitor and install it in the spot intended for a CB radio. Considering the location of the camera controller, the wiring should be easy.
