Sirius radio antenna error

Anyone know what this error message is and how to fix?

Assume you previously had uninterrupted Sirius XM radio service and didn’t just activate. What I found was the Sirius receiver just hangs free behind the radio and the antenna is plugged in. There were numerous reports of the antenna coming loose from the receiver and the solution was to zip tie the receiver so it didn’t move around and then re-seat the antenna and tie it down as well to keep it from moving around.

Yes, had uninterrupted service. Started on last trip.

I would check the antenna and contact the dealer. Lol. Sorry had to throw that out.

I would check the Sirius tuner to see if the antenna worked loose or the back of the radio. May try pulling the fuse for the radio and see if it resets.

most likely the antenna connection has come loose. Happened a lot on the farm tractor this past harvest.

Aaron, you are such a comedian, but don't quit your day job just yet. [emoji1]

Dealer says there were several error codes for the radio so cleared the codes and seems to be good.

Will see if it comes back on the next trip.
