Slide LEDs flashing alternately no such code

Went to extend the slide today, no movement, no noise, no hum, just the fault red LED and the green movement LED flashing alternately for 4 to 5 minutes then go off. There is no code like that anywhere in the manual. Checked voltage- OK reset power- no help. Checked the module under the slide in a basement compartment- seems ok, no lights on the module. Anyone have any idea what the problem is? Have not had any problem before with the slide

That does have a code, that is one red-one green. Slide stops not set. Have you watched this video?

Slide LEDs flashing

Thanks BC I suspected that might be the problem but I didn’t see that code in the manual. Yes I watched the video today and will follow the steps tomorrow and hope that fixes the problem. Would you have any idea as to why the controller would all of a sudden forget the stops? Thanks for your help

Typically, low voltage. No voltage is fine. Low makes it do weird things.

Now what are we all going to do while you solve all the problems in the first post BC?

This is why people like your products because when there are issues they get good support and not some generic web bot response with a link or a million questions from us.

We could have gotten this to 3-4 pages of questions a small random rant or two and maybe one post in the middle with the right answer that gets lost. [emoji16]

Good work and carry on!

lol, yes, lets lock this thread up before it slides into the normal tropes...tire pressure questions, sewer treatment methods and the normal reference to how terrible the industry is.

Let's hold our breath, wait for the OP to follow up with "that fixed it" and then have the admins lock it before anyone catches on.

Problem cured

Reset the stops, all is good. Thanks BC. Now I guess I’ll set up camp in the driveway, parks all closed around here
