Slide room pops out while driving!

We initially were having the same issue as a previous thread where our slide seemed to really struggle the last 6 inches out and made a really loud rubbing noise. Then I read about lubricating the rails with spray dry lube, which we did. Now, the slide seems to move much easier the last 6 inches and no more loud noise, but... We noticed, when driving, there is a rattling noise seeming to come from the slide up front, like it's loose in its seated inside position, and DH looked out the side view mirror to see the slide comes out around 1.5 to 2 inches when we make a right turn (its a full wall slide on the drivers side)! Then, when he makes a left turn, it slides back in. I'm sure there is no causation effect from using the lube, but it started happening right after we started using it. Thank god it only pops out an inch or so, but holy cow! What if it popped out more? Anyone have this happen? We have an appt at the dealer next week for some follow up stuff on our initial punch list so we are going to have them look at it. Can it get loose in there?

Here is a pic, we stopped when we noticed it, one from right up next to it, one from a few feet away. You can see the screws which you can't see when its all the way in. (I still can't figure out why my dang pics always load sideways, sorry).
