Slide won't go out

Today I tried to put out the slide on my Dynamax Isata 5 30FW and it won't go. Makes a noise like it's trying. No codes. Anyone have an idea? Thanks !

What type of slide controller do you have? Dynamax has a video on resetting the slide stops, wonder if it is something like this:

Jim, I don't think resetting the stops is related to this. The motor or motors seem to be trying to start moving the slide. Its like the slide is stuck somehow. I'm going to wait till I get back from this trip and diagnose from the control panel to the motor and wiring. My wife and I are able to navigate just fine with the slide closed. Thanks!

Update of diagnosis. The motors are working correctly. The slide is trying to open but the frame of the slide is binding. The frame is tight on the plywood cover for water tank. This is the area of the bed corner by the back wardrobe. When I look under the mattress I can see a 1/2" gap, on the right side, between the plywood water tank cover and the wood box piece the mattress lays on. (The right side being the side toward the front of vehicle). The left side, the mattress wood box is directly on the plywood water tank cover. So, the problem seems to be, something broke? Allowing frame/box to drop? Something possibly jammed in between water tank plywood cover and bottom of slide? Anyone have or had a similar problem? Thanks!
