So what's the story of this DX3 34KD 4x4?

Says it is a demo model, looks really cool though.

The story is that if you have lots of money you can have lots of RV.

I belive they made more than 1 DX3 in 4x4, not a lot, but I know I have seen more than just one. Not sure that ad is accurate.
They do not make them anymore though.

The ad is not very accurate at all. There are a handful of 4wd DX3's out there, but this was the last one built. I believe this was a 2018 chassis that was still in the inventory at the factory, and Brian decided to build it as the final 4x4. I could be wrong, but I don't think it was a retail (i.e. custom) order. It shipped to MHSRV and was listed for sale on their site for quite some time. Here is the original listing:

https://mhsrv.com/2020-dynamax-corp-...-c-tx-i2482117

It's a cool rig for sure, but not exactly what the seller makes it out to be.

It's a little more accurate than you might think. We did build a handful of 4x4's. (2) XL's and 3-4 106's, but there is only (1) 34KD 4x4 in existence.

I don't know about ya'll but I was having a hard time breathing. If I could sell my DX3 fast enough, I'd contemplate buying that. I LOVE the idea of having 4wd. I've had to pay an old man with a tractor a few times to get out of the wet grass I was stuck in. That's perfect for me.

I don't think there's ever been a better time to sell a motorhome than now....

Just better watch out that one may already be sold as fast as they're going

Brian, did the 4x4's just not sell well? I would think that would be a killer option! I am aware of the long wait on ordering-delivery times for the chassis to you.

Hard to tell, we only sold 3 or 4.

Perhaps that is because you only built 3 or 4? I hate the idea of needing a tractor to pull me out of wet grass per Orangecrush.

Tire chains and the locking rear diff will handle the slippery stuff no problem and a lot cheaper than 4x4.

No ****!!! Nice RV but can't justify spending the extra money.
