Sprinter specific parts

I have a 2017 Isata 3. It is on a Mercedes 3500 sprinter chassis. I discovered today ( just purchased) that the driver side wiper is in need of repair. I also noticed that the DEF filler cap is no longer in residence. Where can I purchase parts of this nature? I don’t believe we have a Mercedes dealer anywhere close to us.

I googled it and got a ton of places with parts.
