Steps not coming out

Hoping for some quick help
My batteries completely discharged again
I now have everything charged back up amd working but can’t get steps to work again
I turned on via the screen. Am I missing somewhere else as well?

Have you checked the in-line fuse at the steps and the fuse in the storage bin with the electrical equip?

STEPS NOT COMING OUT is the issue. If the magnet wasn't there they would not retract.

In-line fuse was popped. I replaced.
Panel fuses good
Turned on steps again inside onel

Still no luck
Chassis battery still charging back up, so hoping it’s still related to low chassis battery

Will find out after charges overnight

There are also fuses in the electrical bay behind driver. Make sure there’s not a blown fuse there too.

They had to replace the motor on the steps on our MBS when they were just shy of 1 year old. (the way the dealer talked this happens all the time as he knew exactly what was wrong)

One of those is for the steps. I cant remember which one. I changed every fuse in the Force to smart fuses. When they pop, they light up a LED, much easier to find what you need to replace. I replaced them under the hood in the truck, in the electric bay and under the bed in the panel.

It’s the top left 20amp fuse!!!

Thanks for everyone’s help. Was a combo of two blown fuses and a low chassis battery

20amp in front compartment, in-line 5amp, and recharged chassis and back working again

Thanks to everyone for your responses and help
