While visiting the Dynamax display at the recent Tampa rv show, I met Brian and brought to his attention an issue with my 2018 Dynamax REV. He put the wheels in motion and resolved my problem in a short time. I have owned many rv's over the years and Dynamax ranks at the top for customer service.
I too met Brian at the Tampa R/V show and he is a valuable asset to the FR corporation.
My hope is that FR finds more folks like Brian and puts them in the position(s) to do all the great things that he is doing for the customers and the company.

We bought our Dynamax because of Brian Clemens and his responsive handling of customer issues on this forum.
Same here! We were heading down the road of a Showhauler build on an M2 112. Reading Brian’s direct engagement with customers convinced us to give Dynamax a try. Three months of ownership and we are very pleased. Heading to Elkhart next weekend for some warranty work. Looking forward to seeing the production line and the warranty experience.
