Anyone know a place that'll work on our I5 30FW to get this done?

I would suggest that you ask them for customer references because I have not been able to get one on a 2019+ V4.5 version of this Cummins motor. As has been pointed out, these performance claims are just for the components and not for the truck. You might be able to flow 80% more air but without the fuel flow, and exhaust capacity, its not going to make much difference to the over the road performance. Maybe 10% which is hardly noticeable.

I am told that the Pedal Monster does help driveability though.

Exactly but even that is not going to be needed before the first injector service. Which given the state of our fuel may come sooner rather than later. Generally thought to be about 100K miles with many factors causing a YMMV result.

I guess they didn't want Ford to always be the ones with all the truck problems.

Pot stirred.

Take what Gale Banks says with a grain of salt, bigger intake requires bigger charge tubes. I fell for this line and just this week reinstalled my old charge tubes, his web site does not allow for less the 5 star reviews mine was four and did not get posted. I installed the 3" mandrel bent charge tube expecting good results what I got was a drop in fuel mileage from 22/23 to 19/20 @ 70 flat ground cruise on. Took the truck out last night for first highway run with the old tubes installed and the mileage is back up. In fairness with the big tubes I did seem to get better response when passing cars 70 to 90 MPH. Oh ya you can't change the oil filter from the fender well with the big tubes. slightly off topic but a warning about believing Banks and his hype.

My 12 year old Cummins 6.7 still runs like a champ. 165k miles on the clock, plenty of towing, short trips, long trips, etc.

...bigger charge tubes, injector cycle time changes, different air induction plumbing and on and on. If you listen to the Banks patter, its only about how much more it can flow and what the possible vale of that flow could be. But you are definitely not going to get any noticeable improvement by installing the manifold alone.

It seems that Cummins has pretty well extracted as much as this motor can give in its present configuration because there are virtually no tuner chip packages out there. And wherever you read of big (if not any) Cummins improvements in performance, its inevitably linked to the entire installation: air box, induction, manifold, injectors, exhaust and chip which are many thousands of $$$ and many hours of down time.

I had the Banks piggy back tuner on my 2014 Ford PSD. The improvement was noticeable, particularly on uphill on-ramps where oncoming traffic and the question of who has to yield makes them an adventure.

I just dont understand the saying of cummins has pretty much extracted as much as they can out of this motor...............
Also confused on no tuner or chip packages....
Is that saying in stock and non stock form?

I know my 2010 Cummins runs a LOT harder than it ever did leaving the factory. I still have stock intake, turbo, and injectors. The rest, I'll leave to your imagination.

There is a multi billion $ industry of tuners who have invested equally large amounts in chip modifications of Ford's, Duramax and previous versions of Cummins motors as stand alone piggy back mods. We are 4 years into this model and there are none. I am suggesting that the industry participants cannot get enough out of the Cummins not already in the stock tune to justify the $1k price point that these typically obtain as stand alone items.

I imagine he hit a big bump and parts fell off...

Pre-DEF 6.7s were HEAVY EGR and had issues. Connecting rods and head gasket are limiting factors for... ahem... "fun".

For the OP, you really need to go to a cummins 6.7 forum, and you can find lots of info from real machanics and people that know lots about the motor and trucks.
Lots of reading on the killer grid heater bolt.
Lots of info on how to get more out of the motor, in stock form and non stock form.
Different forms
It just gets ugly when emissions tampering is brought up, and myself and others are trying really hard not to really bring it up.
When someone sais hit a bump, its a hint to not ask any more questions.
