Tile backsplash - kitchen and bath

I'm thinking about installing tile backsplash in the kitchen and bathroom sink area of the RV. How's the tile holding up? Any issues with the grout cracking or adhering to the wall, etc.. Did the RV come with the tile or did you install it after purchase. I appreciate all feedback. Thanks

Adding the metallic, stone, or glass stick on tile is what most of us have done. Easy to put up, no mastic or grout to worry about.
