1. there should be a sticker on the driver door jamb with the paint codes. We put that sticker on all models.

2. Have you tried the service contact on the Dynamax website, on the "contact us" tab? Email and phone numbers are listed. CJ's last day was Friday, so if you are on the west coast, you can just try Dan, the manager for now.

Thanks,
I will look for the placard tomorrow.
Earlier, I did photograph all the placards, and none show the paint codes.

That’s funny!

Now to the next issue; BASF paint codes “A*” have about 20 different colors each, ranging from silver to beige, depending on the auto manufacturer. Dynamax is not listed as a manufacturer. Would you know what automaker your codes match?

can you post a picture of the sticker? I might be able to backtrack. I always thought A was Ford white, but who knows.

Dynamax used to be in the system. If you are in the computer paint system, we were there. I have a guy checking on that and if we somehow dropped out, they will add it back in.

Any progress on this? Your parts person was supposed to contact me via email, (3 weeks ago) I have yet to receive anything. And I am still in need of touch up paint.

Were you looking to buy the paint or get the codes...she can't get the codes, I am working on that with BASF and I'm not 100% sure we can ship paint.

I would like to get small quantities of the paint. Of course that depends on cost/quantity. If you guys can not ship small quantities, then maybe with the codes and detailed information, one of the many online auto paint touch-up supplies could.
But currently I can not tell which color is which form the code placard on the door frame.

I did find an email with the paint formulas, but all the “Ax” codes are described as “anniversary Red x”

OK, In think I got to the bottom of it. I got a copy of the email....Danielle gave you the paint codes and said the parts rep would be "able to provide a part number and cost".

I am guessing you did not email Sara directly requesting that and I think she may have assumed that Danielle took care of the request by giving the codes.

Either way, I have asked Sara to go ahead and send that.

Just to close this, I did receive the touch up kit from Dynamax/Forest River parts. The only color I have used matches perfectly. The kit includes about 3oz of each color (excluding clear) I received the 4 colors that my coach is painted.
Thanks Brian. (@bclemens)

And to further close this...BASF has uploaded all the paint codes from our mixing system and our colors should be back up and running on the BASF site. Not sure why we got knocked off...but, I know we were listed on the site and they were manually entering the mix info. So that should make it easier in the future.
