Ts 37 microwave removal

I want to take down our sharp microwave to facilitate venting it to the outside. The two bottom screws donít release the unit, are there more fasteners behind the wood filler trim above the unit? If so how the heck do I take that out without totally ruining it?
Anybody done that before? Thanks

If you look in the cabinet above, I think there are screws into the top of the microwave as well.

On the TS...that one might be one, that due to the slide height it is in a bracket mount. There are REALLY long screws that angle UP from the front, to the top rear of the bracket. I vaguely recall seeing a picture of it, but I will have to go searching.

I had mine out recently. The 2 long angered screws in the bottom come out. There were also 2 90 degree brackets glued to the top outside corners of the microwave that had screws into the cabinet sides. Then lift it up and off back wall bracket I would suggest 2 sets of hard as it is a handful by yourself

Thanks M T. Got brave and pulled of header fills and found those two extra brackets. Took microwave down by myself, I’m 75 and yes it was heavy! Now the fun part, cutting the hole for the vent.

If you had squeaks or rattles coming from the microwave while driving now is the time to fix it (the reason I had mine out ) I put the soft side of velcro strips along the top edges of the wall brackets that the microwave hooks onto and any other area that looked like a potential rattle source. Made a huge difference. Good luck with the hole saw
