TV Outlet Not Working

I have a 2018 Isata 3 24FW with the solar package and it's currently on shore power. All of the outlets (including the GFCIs) are working except for the outlet for the forward TV. Any idea why just this one outlet isn't working (I checked all of the circuit breakers)?

Also, does anyone know if the inverter runs just the bathroom and Kitchen GFCI outlets, the two TV outlets, and the two external outlets? If so, if I'm on shore power, does the power run through the inverter to these outlets even if the inverter itself is off?

Thanks!

Key is off and brake is on. The outlet was working yesterday and stopped working sometime overnight.

Transmission in park? Sure the outlet is dead? Remote working?check resets on inverter.

It's in park and I tested the outlet with a non-contact tester which showed all other outlets working, but not the one that the TV plugs into.

Did you reset the gfi on the inverter?

I reset the inverter breaker, but don't know where the GFI is for the inverter. But, the inverter powers several outlets and only the forward TV outlet isn't working -- so, am guessing that the GFI on the inverter isn't an issue.

what 'circuit' is this 'TV' outlet on? I'm sure it's not on it's own circuit by itself, and if that's the case, IT may have a loose wire. Cut off the circuit, pull the plug, check the connections behind it.
While it may seem crazy, many wires aren't always tight from the factory, and with usage they will ultimate sometimes 'lose' their connection and you'll find a loss of power without any 'reason', with everything else working...

also, is this a JENSEN TV? If so, that's probably a 12v TV, not one that uses a 120v outlet - the outlet may only be there for a DVD or similar device. The wiring has an inline fuse, and that fuse may not be working properly, or something similar.

The online walkthru on the manufacturer's site shows a JENSEN tv there, above the entry door.

I checked the outlet with a non-contact tester and there's no power to the outlet -- I unplugged the tv, so don't think that could have anything to do with it. The outlet for the other tv (bedroom) is working fine and has 120 volts. I'll check the wires going into the outlet this morning.

Does anyone know where the inverter itself is on an Isata 3 (24 FW)?

Inverter is in the lower outside storage just to the left of the propane access.

Just checked and the compartment just to the left of the propane tank compartment is empty. I have a 2018 Isata 3 24FW.

I had a 2017 Isata 3 24FW. It was mounted to the ceiling of the compartment. You won’t see it unless you get down and look up. If not that compartment, check the others. I am pretty sure you will find it in one of the outside compartments.

Thank you! I'm 6' 2" and had to get down to see the ceiling -- but it was there!

The GFCI is tripped and won't reset. I think it tripped because I had a heater plugged into the tv outlet that is powered through the inverter. I've removed the heater, but still cannot get the GFCI to reset. Any ideas what else I could try?

Make sure there is power to the GFCI as they won’t reset unless powered. Best thing would be to cut all power, then plug back in and make sure the inverter is powered using the indicator light by the entry stairs. Then try to reset the GFCI.

There have been a few of these that needed to be replaced, but as I recall they are just a standard GFCI plug and easy to find. Just remember they won’t reset unless they have power.

I've now found the inverter and was able to reset the GFCI to the inverter when it was powered on. So, here's where I'm at now:
The forward and rear tv outlets are both connected to the inverter. Both tvs used to work, but now, only the rear tv does. The inverter breaker and GFCI are both ok. The rv parking brake is engaged. I've tried both on shore power and with the inverter powered on and the rear tv works in both modes and the front tv doesn't work in either. I opened the outlet for the front tv and both wires are secure. I tested the wires going in to the front outlet and there's no current. Any ideas what I could try next? Thanks!

One more note...
I found the user manual for the transfer switch and it looks like there should be an AC sub-panel between the transfer switch and the outlets. Any idea where this sub-panel is in an Isata 3 24FW? I'm guessing that there's a blown breaker for the forward tv on that sub-panel.
