Exclamation *Update* Force 37BH Issues

OK,
Its been almost a full year and only 2900 miles, since we took delivery of our Force.
As most on here know, and BClemens :-), we have had a real interesting year of ownership.

Our issues began at time of pickup, we love the look and function of this unit, but we notices a group of small blisters in the floor. Our sales rep gave my wife and I a "We Owe" for the repair of these blisters. After going round and round with the dearler, we contacted Brian at Dynamax to try and understand what the issue was with a repair. Dynamax was great. It was nice to hear that Brian was going to stand behind his product and do what was needed to ensure our satisfaction.
The dealer went ahead with a fix, and from what we can tell it looks like t worked, but time will tell.

We also has numerous small issues that have been rectified after many many return to the service department.

We picked out coach up today after having the exterior TV replaced and to have the last of the minor finds addressed.

Sadly, we still have only half of the Velcro tabs for the privacy curtain, and we have no plans on returning to that dealer.

The long and short of this rant is, after a year of struggling, we have regained our confidence in the manufacture, but totally lost our faith in the Dealer (Dylans RV in NJ). Its sad that after we bought the unit we read numerous complaints with this dealer service department, and now there is one more.
We hope that the coming years prove to be what they should be, trouble free.

Might have another solution on your M2 cab too...unless you love the cab curtain. Sun shields we found on here (that Mercedes Sprinter customers seemed to keep adding), we have found for the M2. Should have some in soon and we're going to test them out.

We bought an ez curtain from california, had one in our Thor and loved it, so we bought on for the m2. Her website isnt much, but she is great to work with. Quality fabric, mounts on the inside and takes about 1 minute to put up or take down. I would highly recommend.
