I don’t know about your’s exactly, but there are similar ones on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/RV-Dual-Por...UAAOSwnlRequ3s

There is a Magnadyne available with 4 ports: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Magnadyne-W...kAAOSwx8Fc2cmP

Both of these styles are used in my Sunseeker. The Magnadyne is standard wall plate size. The two port type is shorter.

I purchased the same one in the ebay link. It is an exact replacement for mine.

You may be better off replacing the fixture with a standard 12V accessory outlet (or double outlet) and using plug-in USB chargers. USB charger technology evolves. If you install a dedicated USB charger device, you have to replace the whole thing to upgrade. With plug-in chargers, it's easy (and often cheap) to upgrade.

Good usb charging ports with the latest spec 3.0 for newer phones charges way faster than that older port that came with your RV.
You can get 2 of them for $19 on Amazon.
They should fit right into your existing mounting plate.
