Washing Machine Drain

I have a Force HD 34kd with the washer and dryer stack. I fired up the washing machine for the first time and can not get it to drain and this obviously interrupts the cycle. Is there a valve somewhere or do I need to pull out the washer and see if it is kinked or something in the back?

Likely a kinked line, though they sometimes throw that code for weird reasons.

Thanks BC,

I'll pull it out and check the drain line and if that doesnt work I'll call the washer manufacturer.

Well I pulled out the dryer which wasn't real fun (how did they attach the vent by the way) and checked the drain system and it was fine. I ran the washer again and noticed that the pump on the washer would hum like it was getting power but not turning. Called splendide and they told me first how to get the water out of the washer then to check if there was something obstructing the pump but no joy. Have a bad pump from the factory.

On mine, had to reconnect from the outside by removing outside vent, reconnect, then reattach and seal the outside vent.
