Water pump on the Isata 3?

Where is the water pump on the Isata 3 ? Please don’t tell me it’s under the shower, because it isn’t. It sounds like it might be under the bathroom sink cabinet. If so how do you get to it ?

24FW is under the shower. 24RW...that's one I would have to check on.

it is in the basement. 2nd storage door from the back, you have to take a little plastic cover off to access the water pump.

That would be a good spot for the pump, but it’s not there or behind the Anderson valve mounting board. I took off the plastic plumbing cover to get a better look. It appears the hose from the Anderson valve goes forward and past the shower along the outside wall. I’m still thinking it’s under the bathroom sink cabinet, which there is no access. I’m guessing our 2017 Isata 3 is one of the earlier models. So,what’s the solution?

well, shame on me. Normally if I don't know something I walk out on the line and take a picture or get a print. I made some changes in the warranty department so I've playing warranty manager and a bit swamped. I radio'd the line and they seemed so confident, I took their word for it.

So I went on the line and snapped a picture. It is under the lav base. It is a false floor and that bottom panel should be removable. As you can see here, it is cleated to be removable. I make no claims to the ease however.
