Water utility center on 2020 Isata 5 30FW

I don’t understand how to connect to city water or fill the tank with this arrangement on my new Isata 5. Looking for help. Thanks.

The water hose fitting at the top is where you attach your water line. The white lever on the right is what switches between city water (direct to the RV) and filling the water tank. In its current horizontal position, it will provide direct city water to the RV. In the vertical position, it will fill the fresh water tank. You only want to do this will you are monitoring the fill to make sure it doesn’t overflow.

The two switches on the left are the low point drains to drain any water out of the lines when you are done camping or to winterize. They are in the closed position and that’s where they need to be.

The water hose fitting at the bottom is to flush the black tank when you are dumping it. Also need to monitor anytime you are flushing the black tank to make sure it doesn’t overfill.

Connect your fresh water hose to the black fitting that is at top with the words city water below. To fill the water tank turn the valve labeled fresh water tank fill up like the picture attached. The tank will fill. When filled turn it back to the position in your picture

Thanks Tom - moved up from an Isata 3 FW, what a difference. A joy to drive home. Had to watch my speed even towing a Jeep Wrangler.

Is there a way to drain the fresh water tank without using the low point drain?

Yes, open this valve on the back wall. Also the other two lines on either side are the overflow lines if you overfill the tank.

Thanks. Working through this while camping. One other quick question. Should I leave the auto leveler switch on after leveling the unit?

Power off the Equalizer Leveler after you get level. Prevents someone from accidentally hitting the “Retract All” button.
