Western PA dx3 repair

Anyone have a good repair facility near Western PA that could look at the bedroom slide on our 37ts?

Dynamax told us to call Performance in Ohio who promptly told me they only service ones they sell.

If Performance is a Dynamax authorized sales and service dealership, they have to provide service based on similar posts I have seen in the past. If you ask Dynamax, they may intervene and call the dealer on your behalf.

I would 100% suggest Performance. They would AND have helped us on many an occasion. The problem is it is owner operated and they do not have the techs. Sean literally has a wrench in hand half the time. It is not a "desire" issue, it is a capacity issue. I know they are working on bringing another guy in.

Campers Inn has a good reputation for service.

My water pump in my old Thor gave out at a Harvest Host about 20 min from K RV during the pandemic. I showed up unannounced first thing in the morning and one of K’s techs swapped the pump for me despite their repair backlog. Obviously not a difficult repair but I had no real tools or parts at the time and I was back on my way in an hour.

And I got my DX3 from Performance — they definitely know their way around a Dynamax but you can tell they’re clearly not set up to handle a volume of repairs.

Interesting. Ellwood City (Pittsburgh)?
No good reputation from us for service, or sales either as far as that goes. Lying hacks IMO.


Whats also interesting is if you go to the Campers Inn corporate website they no longer show the Ellwood City/Pittsburgh location on the map, only Philadelphia. The one in Pgh went from being Clems RV @ 2015 to Campers Inn and the owners of Clems were still there behind the scenes. Reinforces my position that in a lot of cases when the chains like Campers Inn and CW come in the original owner is sometimes still a part of the deal. CW took over another close to Pittsburgh, Coopers RV, a few years ago, and one of the lead guys and most of the other folks promptly jumped ship, went to Best Choice RV in Irwin PA which is great BTW as far as RV dealers go.
