What do I do now?

OK, Isata 3 owners , I was opening and closing the valves to dump the grey & black tanks and the entire box that holds the cables & handles fell apart & out of the box The only thing holding it up is the handles and cables. Looks like it was held in with just two wood screws and staples. This 68 year old 120 pound weakling broke this all by herself! tried to post pictures of it but don't know how?

I found your pictures on FB as it looks like you posted there as well.

All that box is, is a clean place to terminate the cable/valve handles. While we could have a plastic part molded, there wasn't really any point...as we just need a flat surface for the cables and it is covered with a door.

I have asked our tech to advise...likely all it needs are screws run through the frame of that to put it back in place, but I will confirm. Should still work by holding the frame and opening or closing the valves.

Sewage handles

Yes Brian, I got the valves closed but the box right now is being held up with bungee cords as to not drag on the ground. Can screws be put through the top part of that box, mine only had screws (2) on the bottom, nothing holding the top.

As I mentioned, I sent the pictures to my tech so that we can present the best corrective action. I wan't to make sure the screws have something to bite.

OK, so what we have is an aluminum framed opening. On the outside, we have a plastic access door. On the inside is that wood frame. So you can screw ALL four sides. The trick is to make sure the screw goes through the frame and into the aluminum frame. But the aluminum frame should be four sided.
