Question What's an Isata 3 24FW going to weigh?

Hey Brian,

We are beginning negotiations on a 2018 Isata 3 24FW (without the over-cab bunk) that we will order. Before I give anyone money, I need to have a best guess on what the OCCC will be.

Here's what we will order in addition to standard stuff:
Mobileye collision avoidance
Aluminum wheels
Tri-fold sofa IPO dinette
In-motion satellite antenna
Cocktail table between cab seats
Cab booster seats
Eliminate rear stabilizer jacks

Thanks Brian.

Dave

We have already had your build discussed in staff. You'll be at least 1000 lbs ccc by the time we're done. I do have a couple of options we can discuss.

However on one note I read it said "I have been talking to Brian Clemens and he said we could order a skylight with power pleated shade and screen". lol...you're going to have me fill me in on where I said that.

Remis does have a 400x400 Vista Moon roof (or something like that) that we can proto. Its manual, but fully openable with pleated shade and screen.

Also, XITE makes a 9" screen, but it is pricey. I am going to look at it today. PM me the dealer you think you're going to work with and I can give you all the details. We want to throw everything plus the kitchen sink at this to see how light we can get it.

How much weight does full body paint add?

That would vary by number of colors, thickness of clear which varies by applicator. Obviously it weighs something...but that's not a number I would skimp on.

Sorry Brian, my bad. What I remember was that you would consider putting in a sunroof. The power & pleated shade was wishful thinking on my part

Thanks for the info on OCCC. Just what we needed.

And you are satisfied being almost 1000 pounds over gross?

No - read my thread on weight concerns and the replies I got. I know I had over loaded and had some water in tanks but the least I can get mine down to is around 11,300. Still a bit of concern but have minimum loading for 3-4 week trips.
