Where do the power steps get their Ignition ‘On' signal? (2019 Isata 5 35DB)

I am in the process of replacing the rear view camera system in our 2019 Isata 5. I’ve removed EVERYTHING related to the camera system that I can find. This includes:
  • Video junction box that was at the base of the console
  • Monitor that snapped over mirror
  • Wiring harness that connected everything together
  • Some adapter thingy that plugged into the OBDII port
  • Some Ram specific CAN-BUS adapter box (based on a google search I THINK this is being used so the video junction box knows when you turn on a blinker and can then display the correct camera for the blinker that is turned on)

After I did that, 2 things did not function:

1: The slides would not go out because they did not sense that the parking brake was engaged. I found those wires and repaired that, so now the slides work as expected.

2: The coach steps will NOT retract when I turn the key on and/or start the rig. This one I cannot figure out.

So, does anyone know where the steps are getting the ignition ‘On’ signal from? I don’t have any “loose” wires leftover from my camera system removal, so I am a tad stumped.

Thanks
