Where is the Firefly G12 located?

The Firefly touchscreen control panel will not activate. I’ve spoken with Firefly tech support and was provided with schematics and directed to re-set the G12 which is the Firefly brains. Problem is, I’ve yet to locate the G12. Has anyone else had the need to locate it?

Behind a false wall in the back of the pantry. Remove the shelves and screws. Our panel was hard to get out the first time, made some adjustments before I put it back in.

Thank you. Since we have an appointment with the dealership next week for some other warranty work, I think we’ll just have them address this too.

Been my experience that the dealers know very little about Firefly or the customized set ups that are deployed for the different coaches in which this system has been installed.

You may be better off learning by doing because these electronic hiccups can happen anywhere and its usually easier to sort them out directly with or without the tech on the line.
