The wall treatments look awesome. Nice job. What brand peel and stick did you use?

Interesting that your 2018 XL has the push button electric toilet and my 2018 XL is still the foot pedal type.

Not as interesting as you might think.

Originally a Macerator toilet was ONLY ever used where it was required by design (IE could not be over the tank itself and we had to pump the waster over to the tank). 2020 MY we made them standard on the XL.

Yeah, that bath wall looks really great. But now it makes me want to go stain mine so it matches better.

Made it.
Found a knob used for semis that put custom tags on the air brake knobs... matched it with a coin diameter from my favorite customer and used silicone to attach. Could have also use JB a weld.

Your favorite DX3 upgrades

Just finished a convenience mod that I learned about on the blog “Outside our Bubble” by Dave Botts.

Can’t count the number of times I have started a shower but forgot to switch the diesel burner on the aquahot. Results in my calling out to my wife to do so or I speed up my shower.

Solved this problem by installing a flow sensing switch on the hot water line going into the bathroom. Has a reed switch that activates with a magnet inside the very simple solution. Tuned it so that using the sink does not trip it. Only the volume generated by the shower activates it.

Simply attach the wires to terminals 50 and 51 which are simply a contact switch to the aquahot control panel.

Works great!!!

I moved mine to the top, it actually works pretty good up there, less chance of bumping into it.
