2012 Sabre Silhouette 300BHDS

I have/had a Silhouette 300bhds, 2012, that flooded due to a cracked bypass valve. Behind the wall, my only conclusion is when I winterized it the line from the bypass to the tank contained residual water, it was the first time winterizing using the bypass, alternatively I would use the shut off right at the tank. Regardless there was enough water to total the trailer, I was quoted for a replacement cost, but the unit used was a Flagstaff fifth wheel 528rks, would this be a suitable comparison, where there is no bunk house and one septic? The only model that I am interested in is the Cherokee 324TS Limited and within the price range offered by the insurance but the quality and craftsmanship appears to be lacking in comparison. Any thoughts???
