Changing of the guard again

Emailed Sabre warranty yesterday. Cary is now gone. Spoke with Jamie T. Very nice talking with her! THANK YOU Jamie!

Anybody know where Cary went? He was incredibly helpful to so many Sabre owners. I would bEt they promoted him ...

I also liked Cary, he was very helpful to me with my issues. I have tried to find someone at the Sabre plant that was able to answer the phone. All mail boxes were full. Cane Raiser

I have a 2014 33RKTS6 and have had the warranty extended thru October by Gary Gringsby, I now have a very soft floor at the door. It appears to be coming from under the fireplace area. There has been a long history of problems with the water pump.

Back when I dealt with Gary and he did similar for me- he logged everything to a document system. If he extended your warranty, it shouldn't matter who is in his chair- they should have a record of it.

Yes, I also found out yesterday when I was following up with a window which was to be sent since last May that both Cary & Rob are gone from Warranty Dept. It appears they had no record of the request so now have to start over. Oh well, my emails certainly were responded to quickly by I believe Tara.

Gary also extended my warranty. Great guy. Cary was helpful to me as well. I hope the tradition of helpfulness continues.

Do you have good numbers for the Sabre program? Cary said that Sabre was taken over by Cherokee. Cane Raiser
