Dry weight

Does the "dry weight" number from the manufacturer include the fridge, couches, recliners, bed, dining table, etc. that came with the trailer?

most "dry" weights are for a stripped-down version of the trailer. meaning it doesn't include the weight of any options or "forced" option packages.
the weights of the standard fridge, bed and other standard things, would be included.
but not the extra weight of an upgraded fridge, bed and such.
also doesn't include the weights of batteries.

According to Salem Sales in Indiana the trailer is weighed as is just before shipping with no batteries and empty propane tanks, then the sticker is applied. The exact same trailers can have different dry weights due to wood density/moisture content but wont very by much. Anything added by dealer or you is extra.

If you are looking to buy a camper you are better off using the gross weight to ensure that your tow vehicle can safely tow it. As has been mentioned the dry weight is at the factory and will never weigh that little again.

Dry weight, I assume you mean from the manufacturers website, is indeed a base option model with no LP or battery. I have found most trailer weights (boat) to be complete fiction. Travel trailers probably are too.
UVW, from the tag on the trailer, is that specific units weight as it rolled out of the factory to the dealer. Whatever the manuf. put in it is included.

Propane weight has been included in the factory sticker weight for a number of years now. Since around 2009.
It's a known amount of weight so it became included in the factory sticker weight.
