New Dometic Penguin II issues

We have a 2020 Sabre 36BHQ and we replaced the AC unit in the master bedroom with a brand new Dometic Penguin II in hopes that it would operate quieter than the AC unit it came with. It does not operate quieter number one. And just now on our first trip, first two days it worked flawlessly, now it acts like it went into a limp mode and the fan is barely spinning and the air is not cold at all.

Anyone have any idea why it is already acting like that? Thank you!!

Which thermostat do you have?
Do you know what the thermostat mode is set for? (Fan/A/C, Low, Hi, Auto, etc.)

Does everything else that runs on shore power (Microwave, Water heater, etc.) appear to work correctly?

You may need to initialize the thermostat? There should be a procedure in the manual to do that if it's an option on your model.

Did you install it yourself? Did you remove all internal shipping packing? Open and check the free movement of the fan. Check that nothing came loose. Check your electric ground and thermostat ground. Reset (initialize) the control thermostat to properly communicate with the unit.
