Sabre Service at plant in Goshen, IN

Just purchased a 2014 Sabre Silohuette 298RLTS. Took off from Denver Colorado to London Ontario. Had a few issues with new RV, fortunately I was able to contact Gary Grigsby, Parts & Warranty Manager for Sabre in Goshen, In. They were absolutely great in providing customer service and resolving issues that I had with my unit. Too bad it is so far away from Denver, dealer where I bought the RV told me it would take 3-4 weeks to resolve other warranty problems that occurred after my visit to Goshen. Just in passing ,have other Forest River user had any problems with the door piston coming out of the door where it is attached usually with 3 sheet metal screws. This has happened to me twice.One with my previous Rockwood Ultra Lite 2604 and now with my Sabre 298RLTS. Never pulled either one on dirt or gravel roads, primarily on Interstate highways.

Oh I forgot to mention Wally at Sabre, He is the lead tech at Sabre. has a wealth of knowledge and is a real go getter.
