Sabre VIN

Just ordered a 2020 Sabre and am a little confused by the VIN. First three digits are 5ZT, but looks like the Forest River World Manufacture Identifier is 4X4. Some of the other digits in the VIN aren't matching up with this document (https://ftp.nhtsa.dot.gov/mfrmail/ORG10960.pdf). Has the dealer given me an incorrect VIN?

The document is dated 2015, it likely is outdated. My 2018 begins 5ZT as well.

Oddly enough, this document from 2009 matches up with my VIN (minus the sabre identifier and plant): ftp://911.gov/MfrMail/ORG5339.pdf
