2016 class c Prism 2150LE Coachmen

Hi Everyone ! I have a 2016 Prism 2150LE and have bought a Fantastic Fan to upgrade the main ceiling vent which currently has no fan. I was comparing the old inside fan shroud to the new F Fan shroud and discovered the new shroud is larger and will require 4 new holes to be drilled in the ceiling. Is that something others ran into also ? I assumed the new shroud would fit exactly where the old one did. Also does anyone know if the Prism is pre-wired for a fan upgrade ? Looking for someone who has done this project already and has any pointers on this install before I tear the old vent out. Thanks

Hi sprinter3500. I also have a 2016 Prism 2150LE. I noticed wires for a fan in the main ceiling vent when I replaced my vent covers last year. Hopefully your's is the same. Can't help you with the question about holes in the shroud. I can say, however, that everything comes apart and goes together very easily. All of your work should be inside where it is very simple to remove and install the shroud. Good luck with your project. I've been thinking of doing the same thing.
