Not really outnumbered. If it's the front of the house, is put it in the garage too.

Inside the garage.

1.Less expense; no weatherproof crap needed.

2. No drilling/cutting/mounting to brick exterior.

3.Just as convenient. Once the TT/RV is backed into the driveway, both garage doors are opened to unload the vehicle. The cable is plugged in and isn't removed until the next trip.

4. Theft deterrent; cable can't be disconnected or yanked from under the garage door.

5 Rodents aren't a problem, garage door gasket forms around the cable.

Just my 2 cents................carry on

Thanks everyone. It's true that RV folk are nice and willing to help out newbie travelers!
Mine has been inside for years. The garage door does not harm the cord and the door does not have to be left up at all. I only have my TT in the driveway to load/unload. Outside would be good too.

I still reiterate. Whatever you decide have a licensed electrician do it for you. That's my story and I'm sticking to it, as a 40 year licensed Master electrician in two States.

120vac is just as lethal as 35,000vac.

Outside Is Fine

I have a 30 amp service box installed outside for my Class C. Have not had any issues.

I have mine inside under my panel that is close to the door. I run it out the corner and the door shuts no problem.

But with the panel far inside the garage I would either mount it closer to the door or outside if there is a good place that won't look ugly. Hopefully no underground and digging needed.

The most important part is make sure it is hooked up 30A 120V.
So many people have it installed as 240v by mistake by electricians and ruin your converter and other things.

I only have 20 amps out to my shed, so I put the 30 amp style outlet on that circuit, works fine. A/C will work fine on a 20 amp circuit, just have to be aware it will not support additional heavy loads like electric hot water heater at same time. I don't plan on living in it in driveway, so no problem.
