You can pull that wire clip and remove the plunger from the valve and replace the little o-ring(s). Be sure to remove all pressure from the system first! I've found those o-rings to roll out of their groove and also get nicked. reassemble with a little food grade silicone grease or plumbers grease for easier movement.
I found that when pulling the plunger, it helps to rotate the plunger handle a little as you pull.
