5.99/qt at Napa and no sales tax in Montana. The filter is about $11 as I recall so under $90 for a DIY oil change.

Very confusing. I take it to mean 20K miles or one year which ever comes first.

I just had my first oil change at 1 year and 4,000 miles at my MB dealer. I asked hin of it needed anything else but the oil change and he said not at that interval. I would call and ask before I spent the $$.

Good call, I will definitely look into it further.

I also had my first oil change at a Mercedes dealer. It was at about 16 mos the countdown had started and oil change was all I needed. Ours had about 5900 miles on it. That was all we needed. Oil change was $167.00 at Walters Mercedes in Riverside California. They service fleet sprinters and we weren't the only RV in there.

Obviously, I order 2 of the 6 quart packages for a total of $100. $18 for the wrench and $8 for the filter. Does that explain it better???

I am definitely not going back to MB of Temecula, they charged me $279 for an oil change and I guess they get around it by doing a normal inspection. I am only 60 miles from Riverside so I will go there or do it myself.

For my 2013 chassis it states replace fuel filter every 20,000 miles. Does not mention
anything about an annual requirement.

This was probably one of the easiest oil changes I have ever done. Only thing I had to buy besides the oil cap wrench, for tools, was a 3/8" universal so I could get around the hoses without pulling everything off. Torqued everything back down, no leaks, happy camper. Had more trouble changing oil on Onan generator than I did the RV - more rolling around on the floor than I like Reset oil change 51 code - on to to the next year! And the dealers charge over $200 for this???
