TV Help please

I have a 2018 Forester 2401W. I can’t seem to figure out how to use/access the cable TV provided by campground.

My coax cable is new. I have one end plugged into site and the other end plugged into the outside cable port on RV. I then have went into the menus on TV and switched to cable and scanned for channels. I get zero results. I’ve completed this process at three other campgrounds with same results.

I do get signal from roof top HD antenna. And depending on my location it works fine.

What am I missing?

Thanks,
John

Make sure that you are turning off the over the air antenna booster. You may have to search out the connections/splitter to ensure it connected.

In my 2016 24R I have a small button next to a plug in overhead storage that I have to push in to allow TV to work.

This is usually the solution. That's why so many members post this fix.
