Did you buy your rig used or install after-market wheel covers and lose one? Your picture looks like the Eagle Flight covers I installed after losing 2 of the OEM covers.
I have a rear simulator cover for you. It is from my 2018 MBS 2400 Sunseeker and is in great condition. It has a starburst center emblem.
If you still need it, contact me with an offer.
Those things must be in high demand. In the summer where I live those covers are strewn all over the sides of the highways. Every one of them experiences some serious road rash when they let go. I guess they don't have secure mounting system?

Metal ties with a good cutter kept mine on. I used good needle nose and good size cutters on mine but looking back it would have been nice the have the correct tool as well.
SSmbs has a heck of a 4 pack deal to your problem Mr. K Forbes
