3rd axle - switched to 4500 LB axle from 3500 LB axle (which bent twice), 3rd set of leaf springs - now custom 6 leaf 5000 LB springs (first two sets of 3500 LB springs flattened out), replaced brake shoes and backing plates due to failed inner grease seals, Excessive tire wear-now Goodyear Endurance 10 ply rated tires, replaced defective wheel, replaced door hinge pins, replaced table leg bases, repaired kitchen faucet handles, replaced entry steps, replaced sagging mattresses, dug out and re-caulked exterior seams, replaced degraded roof vent lid. Still need to re-paint front "nose" due to severely fading paint. machine compound/buff entire gel-coat exterior due to severe fading
