Door issue

I have a 2021 Vengeance Rogue 371A13. Today I noticed when opening our main door it was separating from the metal frame wrapped around it. The separation occurred before it hit the door stop. The hinges seem extremely tight and after lubing them there was still no relief. Garage entry seems to be fine. Not sure if the door needs replacement or if there is an easy fix. Any help would be appreciated.

Waiting on FR to call me back about warranty.

There seems to be a problem with the new rigs and how the doors are coming apart due to the hinge design putting all the force on the one rail of the door. I wonder if a person took a thin piece of aluminum bar stock and installed one across the top and one across the bottom if this would prevent the door from coming apart. good luck

Our 2021 Rogue 4007 door is also tight. Keep spraying it with every lube known and helped a little. I read a post on another site where the hinges broke completely from the frame.....
