I purchased a 2021 vengeance 351 in October. I bought the generator with it. It came with the Yamaha generator. I can start the generator from the generator control panel, but not from the control panel inside the camper. It will shut off from this switch, just won't start. Called dealer and they think it's the switch. I hate to pull it back 200 miles to find out I missed something. Any Ideas?

Perhaps not of direct help, but I also bought a Vengeance 371 in Oct. mine does Start & Stop from the control panel, on the generator as well as by the remote. You do have to hold the start down on the control panel. It’s not a push & release. A little off topic, but the generator seems louder than I expected. How does it seem to you? Haven’t got around to checking with a meter yet.

Ours you have to hold stop for a few seconds, then start and it starts right up. But yes, it is louder than I expected. We just purchased 21, 371a13

Appreciate your help, but that didn't fix the issue. I go out today and the electric seats won't work. I'm hoping like the generator i am just overlooking something. Is there a secret to getting the heated seats, led lite cup holders, and the vibrating seats to work?
Any Ideas?

Are the LED lights around the cup holder lit? If not, you don’t have power to the seats etc.

Ref to generator; Does the remote generator fob work?
In regards to the chairs, are you “plugged in” to shore power. I believe they are 110v, and not sure that they work off of the converter.

I had the generator on. Not sure but I would think that would be the same as shore power.

Most likely the NPS 5500 that features a Yamaha engine as that is what is going into 5th wheels currently.
Its false advertising that has people thinking its a Yamaha generator.

Took the cover off of the control panel and found the red wire going to the generator unplugged. Also when I plugged the camper into shore power, the seats began to work. They will not work on the generator.
