If one wants to run a refrigerator (residential type) off solar power the first thing needed is the running wattage of the refrigerator.
Then install enough solar panels to deliver 3 times that amount minimum.
On a good day the sun will only generate electricity for 8 hours max. Since the day is 24 hours long thus the 3X suggestion. Plenty of battery storage will be necessary for the remaining 16 hours.
Now factor in how many cloudy days will be encountered. Maybe double the amount of each will be necessary.
Then carry a generator in case you guessed wrong
BTW, yes, I realize that a refrigerator doesn't run all the time but that down time is just a bonus and batteries will be happy to get the extra power
