Power Issues- Please help!

I have a 2019 Vengeance 388v16 and I am having difficulty with 120V power from the on board generator. I have 120V power from the generator to the transfer switch. I have 120V coming out of the transfer switch, but I have zero volts at the main power panel inside the coach. Are there any suggestions??
My yellow light is flashing on my converter and I am not certain what this means.
Thank you.
Josh

Sounds like your convertor is not converting it to 12 volt

Where did you measure the 120 volts at the panel? Remove the circuit breaker panel cover and check for 120 volts at the feed to the main breaker. Turn the main breaker off then back on. Now check the buss bar voltage or voltage at all the other brekers. Breaker handles must be up to be on. Report back on what you find.

If he doesn't have 120 at the panel box he will not have anything for the converter to do. It can not work without 120 volts.

When you say main power panel I assume you are talking about the 120V breaker panel? If so pull the cover on the breaker panel and check for 120V going to the main breaker and 120V coming from the main breaker. If you have a 50A you will have two or a double pole main so check both. If you have 120V from the transfer switch you should definitely have 120V to the main breaker. If 50A make sure you check both poles on the load side of the transfer switch.

50 or 30 amp? if the yellow converter light is flashing doesn't that imply that you are getting some 120 vac into the panel and then out to the converter? what make and model converter? what does the owners manual say the flashing yellow light indicates? the cable run from the transfer box output to the main electrical panel is most probably a single piece of cable with no junctions in it, unless an EMS has been installed in this cable. exactly how and where did you measure the voltages? do you have power in the panel if you connect shore power?
