Seasonal Camper & Winter time

I know it is spring! We are seasonal campers in Wisconsin. I have the four scissor jacks and four stack jacks on the camper for stability. Was seeking opinions about leaving them down all winter. Last Fall, we raised the scissor jacks and took off the stack jacks and allowed the camper to rest on wheels and the hitch jack. Concerns with frost and would the heaving cause the jacks to break or the camper to twist. Just a time factor question.

We leave our jacks down all year. In spring I check for level, loosen them up a bit, give them a shot of dry lube and work it in by cranking them a couple times, then tighten them again. I do the same thing when we winterize for the long Wisconsin winter. I also check tire air pressure 2-3 times a year.
